“Overnight” shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing Golfsmith. “2-Day Air” shipments arrive in two business days after departing Golfsmith. On-time delivery for both methods is guaranteed by FedEx. Shipping delays may occur during busy Holidays or in the spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by 9am (CST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's “Overnight” or “2-Day Air” shipments. Orders for residential delivery placed on Sunday or Monday will not be shipped until Tuesday and orders for business delivery placed on weekends will not ship until Monday, so please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bag Don't know what the other reviewer was working with but couldn't let that be the only review on such a great bag. This is a great bag with plenty of pockets and all of the standard features. Waterproof valuables pocket is a great addition. Towel/accessory loop is a sturdy plastic ring. Only cord loop I'm using is the umbrella holder tie down, which also works flawlessly. Plenty of room in the 14 way dividers, plenty of storage space, external tee holders and a sturdy base to prevent tipping. A lot to like about this bag. Only gripe I could possible come up with is that the pen & pencil holders are a bit tight, but that's not a big deal to me as I generally keep those in the pockets anyways. Great bag that stands up to what you'd expect from a company like PING. March 18, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not so good Got this as a gift - Ping missed the mark badly on this one. - Towel holder is a flimsy piece of string - No place in the ball bin for tees - No pocket for pens, pencils etc (bag has two built in sleeves for a pencil and pen, but it won't fit a sharpee ?!?!) - Plastic loop for attaching stuff will break quickly - very flimsy Coming from a Ogio cart bag this one is not good, and it is defintely not well thought out by anyone who plays the game.
