No easy setup or take down

I received the net today and first of all the box had been previously opened and there were no setup instructions. I called IZZO who makes the net and asked them to email me the instructions. They did promptly but they were not for the tri-ball model but the square type. I had to call back to get the correct instructions. It was very hard to setup by myself. You really need two people.
It is hard to keep it anchored to the ground. I am going to the hardware store tomorrow and get me something better to hold it steady. Noy as good as I expected.
