The Lamkin Performance Plus 3GEN Wedge Grip was created to improve your short game. An inch longer than Performance Plus, yet with the same reduced taper, the Wedge Grip supports choking down on your club for greater control of shots around the green. The "buttons" on the Wedge Grip, located approximately 1.5� apart, are designed to facilitate a more precise and repeatable hand placement enabling a confident and guess-work free swing. Made of Lamkin's proprietary vibration-dampening 3GEN synthetic rubber compound this tacky grip will protect your hands while providing you with shot feedback and improved scoring opportunities.

Rated 5 out of 5 by colinba Great Wedge Grips If you're looking for wedge grips these are the way to go. I just installed these grips on my REG588's and they are really nice. I use mid-sized grips in all my clubs so i was concerned that these grips would be too small. However i wanted wedge specific grips (similar to a standard grips but longer with less taper) because having used the Dave Pelz wedge grips before i know that they really helped me with my distance control by making it easier to hit shots while choking down on the grip. While the Pelz grips improved my distance control, i dont like how they look or how they feel. Therefore I decided to give these grips a chance and planned to add extra tape below them. These grips installed perfectly with 6 wraps of masking tape and 1 wrap of two-sided grip tape below them. They are the same size as my golf pride multi compound mid size grips and they feel great. The 3Gen compound is tackier than i expected but the white color can be a dirt magnet. October 15, 2012
