The Cleveland 588 Forged Cavity Back Iron Set is a forged cavity-back iron set with a Tour- inspired shape and premium performance. It is intended for skilled players seeking a traditional-looking blade that's more forgiving. Each iron is forged from high-grade 1025 carbon steel for incredibly soft, yet solid feel. The classic, compact head shape of every 588 CB iron includes a progressive cavity back, slightly wider V sole, thicker topline, longer blade and more offset. These elements combine to inspire more confidence, optimize ball flight and generate better distance on off-center hits. 588 CB irons also feature Tour Zip Grooves and Laser Milled Technology to maximize spin in accordance with USGA regulations for exceptional control on every shot.
