The Tour Edge Exotics XCG5 Iron Set offers four tungsten sole weights, a slightly thinner sole and progressive offset. Those four tungsten weights sit lower and wider in the heel and toe areas to increase the effective hitting area and lower the center of gravity. Each iron in the set is engineered to its specific task including location, offset (progressive), face thickness and top line thickness for a perfect blend of distance and accuracy. The deep undercut cavity, the split-level sole design, the perimeter weighting and the tungsten sole weights help to lower the center of gravity, optimize the trajectory and enhance the moment of inertia. These irons also feature one of the hottest graphite shafts available, the Fujikura Blur. This shaft is lightweight with a higher balance point that is designed to accelerate faster and generate greater swing speed without compromising solid and controllable feel.
