Rated 5 out of 5 by Great ball. Great price! I have been playing Pro V's for a while, but the fact of the matter is.....I'm not good enough for that ball. Sure, I can hit them, but when it goes sour, it REALLY goes sour! I toyed with the idea of hitting a softer compression ball, and when I heard about the NXT Tour S, I gave them a try. I will tell you that if I don't like the feel of a ball off of the putter, it doesn't go in my bag, period! This ball felt very close to a Pro V, and the softer feel made the roll even smoother, IMO. Off the driver, I went from hitting about 5-6 fairways ger round, to hitting 9-10. GIR numbers were about the same. I went through that dozen in about a month, and Golfsmith had a sale, so I grabbed 3 dozen more, and this time I got the yellow. MAN, wahat a difference these babies make! They look like softballs in the air, and you can spot them in the long grass without having to hunt for them! I have a very hard time picking up the white balls in the air, but these are awesome! They play well, last a few rounds, and I still have two sleeves left, after playing all summer! (90-100 rounds) The only down side to the ball? On very sunny days, when the sun is high in the sky......putting is VERY HARD due to the glare! Other than that, these balls are pure gold for a 10 handicapper like me. August 28, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Ball! I noticed my irons were 10 yards longer when using this ball. The ball flies very high and stops on a dime when struck well. Soft feel when putting, not a lot of short game spin. Your shots will definitely have shape to them (Bad for slicers). Yellow is easy to see and I seemed to pick up a better line when putting with the yellow balls. August 20, 2012
