The Wilson C:25 Golf Ball is a multilayer golf ball and is perfect for players looking for distance, soft feel and shot-stopping spin. The game's softest core utilizes advanced rubber chemistry to maintain maximum initial velocity. A firm, speed-generating HPF mantle generates higher spin, and a thin, responsive ionomer cover delivers soft feel, especially greenside, with improved durability. Rated 5 out of 5 by My go to ball First off this ball is my all around go to ball. Soft feel, decent green-side spin, good distance. Now why do I prefer this ball over all other balls? 3 piece construction ball for a fraction of other balls. My local golf store carries these balls and they are always on sale. Usually 2 dozen for $22 which is a steal. A good ball for a great price. For some reason the balls must not be popular, which makes Wilson Staff a sleeping giant. Quality product. Try em! I get more distance and the ball holds the green. Also the cost is half of the Bridge stones or Prov's. Easy choice, hard to find them in retail stores September 26, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good blend of distance and control These are among the best three piece non-urethane balls on the market. The feel is solid and lively without being too hard or too mushy. Drives stay straight, long, and the trajectory does not balloon. Flies high off the irons which helps it land softly on the greens. Putting feel is good and putting distance is predictable. This is a nice ball at a great price. I am an average golfer with a 16 handicap. September 15, 2012
