Rated 4 out of 5 by Performance and durability! The cover on this ball is super durable! The dimples are flat with ridges around them, which make it seem like it has sharp edges. The "feel" of this ball in the hand is that of one you would expect at this price level (hard), but the "feel" when struck with any/every club is that of a much more expensive ball (soft).The distance off the driver matches, or betters, more expensive brands (Nike, Bridgestone, Titleist, etc.). My spin rate is lower than most with any ball I've tried, but I got acceptable spin and stopping ability with this one, not unlike others I've used. The yellow coloring of this ball is not quite as bright as most other brands', so I didn't think it was even as easy to see as a typical white ball. If it's not easier to see, then there's not much point in using it! Other people may not have the same difficulty as I had with visibility, but I wanted to share that point. Rated 4 out of 5 by Wanted to try Yellow Ball I went in to buy a box of yellow balls thinking that I would get Titleist, Callaway, etal. The manager of the store told me that he had switched to yellow golf balls and that he was hearing good things about this cheap Wilson 50 ball. I am a 8 handicap and thought I should not get away from the top manufacturrers..... I was wrong. This ball plays as well and or better than what I have been playing.
