“Overnight” shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing Golfsmith. “2-Day Air” shipments arrive in two business days after departing Golfsmith. On-time delivery for both methods is guaranteed by FedEx. Shipping delays may occur during busy Holidays or in the spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by 9am (CST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's “Overnight” or “2-Day Air” shipments. Rated 1 out of 5 by check6 if you buy every 18 months, this might work 4 you Failed after 22 months. Returned and was "fixed" but worked 3 holes before same failure. Returned at my cost again and it was declared unrepairable do to excessive pressure and/or water damage. Was offered the same Platinum 1 at $165 or the more "durable" Platinum 2 at $275 ( hmmm, more durable sounds like they knew they had a problem with longevity). Their customer service is disfunctional in that the right hand can not forward your correspondence to the left hand. They couldn't explain why it was "unrepairable" the first time. In the first 22 months unit booted up quickly, would last 36 holes and screen was fine in sunlight. Moving the flag postion on the green requires patience and very small fingers. Shot distance mode loses the distance when the unit automatically switches from fairway view to green view. A lot of money to pay for a unit that has questionable longevity. If you want the latest every year then this would be a good unit for you. If you expect a unit to at least last 2x the warranty, then look elsewhere. January 25, 2013

They mention 1 touch at beginning of game but if you need the screen light to help see it, you need to tap the screen which lights it for a specified ( by you ) time. Beautiful color, Long lasting battery 15 hours on a single charge. not too dificult to use. After the first or second day, the whole simple program is mastered if you spend 5 -10 minutes each day. Instructions a little vague. Needed manual which was sent to me simpply by requesting one from Manufacturer.Very Happy with it. December 20, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by Golfmaniac123 Golf Buddy Platinum I have had some difficulties with the product. The screens unfortunately change while the device sits in your pocket. I was told that it updated itself which is totally untrue. A simple problem took one hour of down load time to fix. A newer problem not solvable online has been frustrating. The device locked into factory mode. Golf Buddy has taken their time inspecting it as I sent it back to them at my own cost. They are going to let me know tomorrow (22 days since they had the device) after calling them a few times of how much a repair will cost me. I would strongly recommend that you look at other options.
