Rated 5 out of 5 by I love these shoes! I think these shoes are very comfortable. The first day I wore them I ordered two pairs in different colors. I've worn them during 4 18 hole rounds and actually golf better when wearing them. The leather pinched into the area around the base of my big toe at first but stopped once the leather broke in a little. I wear a size 11 but probably could've gone w/ a 10.5 in these but am content w/ the size 11 being a 1/4 size bigger than I'm used to. April 30, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Incredible comfort, style and performance I was spurred to write this review after seeing the prior one that complains that the PHX shoes are "not too comfortable." That description defies belief to me. This True "barefoot platform" concept is so comfortable. I have worn my shoes to work they feel so good! I have only worn for three range sessions so far and they seem fine in terms of stability, about 400 full shots and no slips. I'm hopeful that the durability will be as good as the feel and if so, there's no other golf shoe I'll never need to try -- they feel that good. I would advise trying on before buying. I'm normally a 10.5 and that's what I bought. I *could have gotten 10 but they felt dress shoe snug -- doable, but not enough to choose over the 10.5. Bottom line, if you're considering a spikeless shoe, you should put the True PHX on your list to consider. I also have an Ecco street shoe and they look good and all, but after 18 holes my feet feel it. True is not only most comfortable golf shoe I've worn, short of sandals, nothing else is close.
