Rated 3 out of 5 by VortexTed Not so comfortable for golfing I went to GS today to buy these FJ M Projects in the mesh shoe. I thought these would make a nice lightweight summer shoe. After trying them on they were comfortable walking around and looked great. But then I took some practice swings and that is when the problem began. These shoes have a reinforced toe which is nice but the lightweight mesh material does not hold the reinforced toe in place well and it was grinding into the top of my foot behind the big toe every time I twisted as in a golf swing. Really disappointing so I'm looking for a different summer shoe now. I did not experience the same discomfort with the leather shoes in the M project range, just the mesh ones. With AZ summer heat right around the corner I'll hold off an buy a leather M project in the fall. I recommend you try on the mesh ones and take practice swings before buying them. February 19, 2013

I always have had trouble finding comfortable shoes but these are by far the most comfortable golf shoes I have ever owned. Great traction too. Out of the box to play 2 rounds a day for 4 days in Alabama. Very hilly and lots of walking even with carts. April 9, 2013
