Rated 5 out of 5 by 21 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by great shoe, fits different than other Footjoy shoe I love FJ shoes and have owned about 10 pairs over the years, all 9.5 Wide. I recently purchased the didas Puremotion and really, really like the shoe. Super comfortable. The toe box is wide and the shoe has a very natural fit. However they only come in mesh and it is difficult to keep clean. So when FJ came out with this shoe, and in leather, I had to try it. I love the feel of the shoe, but had trouble finding the right size. They don't fit the same as other FJ shoes. A FJ in a 9.5 wide has always fit me perfect, but in this shoe the toe box was just too big in a wide and my foot was moving around too much. I went with a 10 M, which was a little long for me, but the toe felt pretty good. I played several rounds with them and they were good on my feet, but were just too long for my liking. I took them back and have now gone with a 9.5 M. They are just a little snug, but I'm fairly certain the leather will stretch enough to give me the right fit. I hope so...I really like these shoes! Rated 5 out of 5 by Great lightweight shoes! Great lightweight shoes! Very comfortable. I feel I have more balance in these shoes compared to more traditional shoes. Also like the more modern/sporty look. March 29, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Shoe I Have Worn I normally wear a size 11.5 to 12 medium in a dress shoe. In FJ's, I wear a size 11M. With the MFJ, the 10.5 Wide felt better too me than the 11M. I like the extra space in the toe area and my toes still had plenty of room with the length. I most recently have beein wearing the True Links spikeless which is really comfortable. Wanted to try something similar but with spikes. I like the MFJ spiked shoes better then the TL and they are just as comfortable. I feel like I have a little more stability with the spikes. I plan to buy another pair in a different color. March 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Unique, big fitting, great shoes I've been playing for a while and I have purchased several golf shoes over the years (Nike, FJ, Callaway, Adidas). I just recieved my M Project shes, and I must say, they are really nice. Why M Project? Well I have a wide foot, and I wanted a pair of shoes that felt less like a pair of ski boots and more like what these shoes promised (minimal construction maximum feel, with a sporty unique appearance). I considered the new Adizero shoes, however I like the width options offered by FJ better, so I decided to go with the M Project instead (glad I did) Before ordering them I tried on some FJ Sport so that i could get the size bang on. When they arrived they felt like they were about half a size too big, and I considered exchanging them, however after wearing them around my room for a while and making some practice swings, I noticed that they were actually quite comfortable. In fact, at one point, I literally forgot i was wearing them. Yesterday I played my first round of golf in them and they performed really, really well. They definitely allow your foot to feel the ground and left my feet feeling happy after a long 18. What you see is what you get with regards to how they look, personally i'm a fan. I find that they look better from the side though they are a bit awkward looking from the top. Great performance, though the minimum construction/maximum feel thing might not be for everyone. It takes some getting used to, it really feels like you're playing in bare feet. Your feet are free to move around, and you can spread your toes slightly. I absolutely love this feeling, as it was exactly what i was looking for (a more responsive, more comfortable shoe). Only knock on these shoes is that i cant get the feeling out of my head that they are 1/2 a size too big. I almost deducted a star just for this, however I can only assume that this is by design because when I played with them, I experienced no excessive heel lift and was stable over my ball and had one of the best ball striking days that I've had in a while (coincidence??). Overall an excellent pair of shoes. Good value. Well built. Style think of it what you will. Performance, like nothing I've ever felt before. March 7, 2013
