Callaway RAZR Fit Xtreme Driver

The Callaway RAZR Fit Xtreme Driver has combined Extreme Distance and Extreme Adjustability to create Callaway's longest driver. The Forged Composite crown helps achieve the lowest CG of any adjustable driver, and OptiFit Technology allows for a greater range of face angle options, CG bias options and CG height differences than the RAZR Fit. Speed Frame Technology produces fast ball speeds for longer, more consistent distance across the face.

OptiFit Technology: OptiFit Hosel adjusts the face angle to Open, Square or Closed positions at address to improve accuracy and trajectory. The OptiFit Weights (13 grams and 1 gram) shift the clubhead’s center of gravity to promote either Draw or Neutral ball flights.

Forged Composite: Revolutionary material in the crown that’s lighter, stronger than titanium, allowing Callaway’s engineers to precisely control thickness for improved forgiveness. Callaway’s lightest Forged Composite driver crown ever helps achieve the lowest CG in any fully adjustable driver.

Speed Frame Face Technology: A combination of VFT and Hyperbolic Face Technology creates a large sweet spot and increases ball speeds across the face for longer, more consistent distance. This technology saves weight that can be redistributed to the clubhead to help optimize the CG position and create a higher MOI. It features a tighter bulge radius than the RAZR Fit for a better look at address along with more consistent sidespin and dispersion for accurate shots.

Broader Trajectory and Shot Shaping Options: Incorporates a greater range of face angle options, CG bias options and CG height differences than the RAZR Fit, and is also available in more loft options than RAZR Fit.

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 103 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great driver! I've had this driver for a couple of months. I just left the range where I compared the Fit Extreme with the RAZR Fit and my RBZ Stage 2 that I reshafted with a Project X 5.5. I've been playing with the Stage 2, but after this range session the Fit Extreme is back in the bag. I'm a 5 HCP and have a moderate swing speed. I probably avg 250 to 260 yd drives. The ball flight and accuracy with driver is great. I have a stiff trinity shaft and it has just the right amount of stiffness for me. The RAZR Fit stock stiff shaft is too flexible and hooks easily even set open with weights with a fade bias, The sound is solid but not as muted as the RAZR Fit and not as tinny as the Stage 2. The feel is good as well. Very solid but not hard like the Stage 2. I've hit some of my longest drives with the original RAZR Fit, but accuracy is much better and the overall distance is better with the Extreme. I've tried multiple shafts in the Stage 2 and really want to like it but I just can't hit it consistantly. April 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by WOW......... I've played quite a few different Callaway drivers over the years, (Steelhead, GBB II, FT-3 and FT-9, most recently) but this one takes the cake. Unreal! Great set up in my opinion - at least for me. The 440cc head is a much better choice for me versus the set up of the 460 in my FT-9. I had purchased from the Callaway Pre Owned site and got it for a steal in Like New condition - so thats my reason for the Good Value. The only Con would be that there's not enough adjustment. I've only hit this thing a few times due to living in Wisconsin, but the ball just jumps off the club. Excellent feel and I've easily gained 15-20 yards with this club. You won't be disappointed! Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Value This club is significantly down in price for 2014 with the Big Bertha Alpha out. If you have a higher swing speed (>100 mph) see if the Black Tie shaft is available, it is tip stiff and will lower your spin rate. You can essentially get the club nowadays for the price of the shaft (or maybe even a little less). This is a great deal--I hit both the Alpha and the Razr Fit Extreme in store and saw little to no difference. February 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent deal - great product Excellent deal - can't wait for winter to end so I can start playing December 31, 2013
