The Callaway X Hot Pro Tour Fairway Wood is the hottest and most complete total performance fairway wood in golf, combining a modern Warbird sole with a Forged Speed Frame Face Cup to produce significantly hotter responses all over the face. The low Center of Gravity in the head also promotes a lower spinning trajectory for ridiculously long distance from the tee, fairway or rough.

Forged Speed Frame Face Cup: Made from 455 Carpenter Steel that’s stronger than traditional stainless steel to generate faster ball speeds, it increases ball speeds across the face for longer, more consistent distance from everywhere. A Progressive Roll Radius produces flatter roll as you go up in loft to help you hit higher shots that also land softer. The increased launch angle allows for improved distance when the impact is low on the clubface.

Modern Warbird Sole: This updated design builds off of one of the most versatile fairway woods ever produced to provide increased versatility from everywhere. It’s designed for improved performance from a variety of lies.

Dynamic Weight Projection: Designed for consistent spin off the clubface, a heavy weighting element inside the head that projects from the sole towards the face into the area of the cup, which lowers the Center of Gravity of the head to produce a low spinning, penetrating trajectory for improved ball speed and greater distance.

Lightweight Project X Velocity Shaft: This premium lightweight shaft further enhances speed and distance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by WOW I never write reviews, but man this thing has earned itself the privilege. Longer, straighter and more workable than the competition. I tested them all and this was by far my favorite. Closest came the 913F (RIP Phenom) & Cal' RAZR. Both good clubs, but considerably shorter than this monster. I tried the RBZ II and it felt cheap, uncontrollable, although freakishly long (a couple 310+'s). The X hot pro was around 285-300 on good hits. Hits high, on the toe or heel still go 270, which is insane considering this is a "tour" version of the standard. Now, I need a new driver. February 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by "He's about 455 yards away, he's gonna hit" X HOT! Simply put, this club is a B-E-A-S-T! Not only is it long, but it does not punish you for off center hits. I could really go after it knowing I would pay a huge price in terms of direction and/or distance loss. I took it to the range today into a strong head wind and was still putting it out there 250-270. On the launch monitors I was getting about 280-285 which is a huge 3 wood for me. I was gaming the 910FD and 910F with the intention of swapping out for the 913s, but as soon as I tried the X Hot Pros out I was sold. I'll be going back for the X Hot Pro driver and 19 degree very soon. I tested the 9.5 degree Pro driver and again was in the 300+ range which I have not been able to do in a while. Surprisingly, I really like the PX Velocity shafts and went down to the 6.0 (vs 6.5 I used to have in normal PX blue graphite shafts). Do yourself a favor and try one out for yourself. Rated 5 out of 5 by Best wood I've ever owned This club certainly has lived up to my expectations. Ordered it with a V2 xstiff 77g shaft. Was hitting it plenty far. Cut it 1/4 of an inch for more control and I even gained some yards. Amazing club to have in my arsenal. When that narrow moderately long par 4 comes its my go to club. Guarantees a fairway hit every time without any loss in distance. I strongly recommend this club if you are ready to take it the next level. Extremely satisfied!!!!! May 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Blown away! Picked up an X Hot 3 wood to go with my Driver. Like others was skeptical on the extra distance promised but after hitting it I can't say enough. Went from hitting my old Calloway 3 wood 250 yards, now up to 260-270. I have NEVER hit a 3 wood that far. And consistantley where I was aiming. April 29, 2013
