Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 20 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Who Knew? Hit these at a demo and was impressed. Found out that Mizuno had a free fitting at Golfsmith coming up and signed up. I have always played Ping so I really wasn't expecting to be wowed was just curious how they compared. Needless to say I was wowed, the ball comes off the face effortlessly. After fine tuning my swing was finally fitted with a stiff shaft 2 deg upright club. The tight shot group was impressive. Ordered a set and played my 1st round with them yesterday. My 1st 2 shots to the green landed about 5 feet away, missed one of the putts sank the other. This pattern repeated itself all day, really straight, accurate shots that came in high & checked up. Can't wait until I really get dialed in with these I can see myself shaving 4 or 5 strokes off my game. June 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent price-to-performance ratio Background: HCP 30 Distance: 150m with 5 iron, 10m decrease/club I wanted to purchase irons that are easy to hit and forgiving. I am in good physical condition and I get good rotation from my body. My swing is very controlled with a smooth movement. So, I went to a demo-day at local range and received excellent help from a local Mizuno fitter. Tested all of the clubs (5-SW) and realized these clubs are easy to swing and they reward me with a nice complementing sound. I found out that many reviewers claim they got extra distance with this clubs, but I am hitting about the same as with my previous set. The major difference being that these Mizuno JPX-EZ clubs are just, well, easier to hit and thus I have better control of my shots. I feel very comfortable being within 150m of flag because I know I can deliver the ball to the green without much effort. Cut my handicap down to 28,5 after my first round with these irons :-) Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy these or any other clubs based on reviews. Instead, find out where you can test these tools in practice. At least my shopping experience was greatly enhanced by the expertise of a fitter. See for yourself and you won't be disappointed :) June 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic club I tried these at a demo day event and after a ton of testing I got fitted and received them last week. Great feel and performance. June 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Impressed I'm a 19 handicaper that just got fitted today and placed the order for my new JPX EZ forged irons. I can't wait to play my first round with them. I went to my local golf store this morning planning on buying a new set of Ping irons. The sales rep. talk me into to trying multiple manufactures to see what fits me best. I had my mind set on the Ping G-25's after hitting them all when the sales rep. threw a curve ball at me. He said I want you to try one other club and that was the Mizuno JPX EZ. I was totally blown away after the first swing. These irons are amazing. Every shot felt like I was hitting a ping pong ball. Every shot was consistant with ball flight, dispersion, spin, ball speed, and yardage, even the shots I toed. These clubs truly have the largest sweet spot of any club. I never considered the Mizuno irons but I'm glad the sales rep. suggested them. If you are going to buy new clubs I highly suggest you look into the Mizuno line of irons. I will post an update after I get my clubs and let you all know how my round goes. June 15, 2014
