Callaway X2 Hot Pro Individual Iron with Steel Shaft

The distance standard in irons was set in 2013 with the X Hot Irons. The new high-water mark is now owned by Callaway's X2 Hot Pro Irons, with its totally new, innovative technology. It provides the same domination in the hitting bay, on the range, and on the course.

Deep Central Undercut:
The New Deep Central Undercut increases the rate the face flexes and rebounds, increasing ball speeds to make this iron even longer.

Stabilizing Arch:
Exceptional sound and feel at high ball speeds come from a stabilizing arch that reinforces the face.

Perimeter Weighting:
If you like higher launch angles, more distance, stopping power on the greens, and a bigger sweet spot, Callaway developed the perimeter weighting with you in mind.

Lightweight Shaft:
The lightweight steel shaft brings great feel and control with higher launch angles.

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 16 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by What a difference These irons replaced a set of Mizuno T-Zoids that I had been playing since 2001. The technology has advanced, and these clubs go at least 10 yards further than my old irons. I know they tweaked the clubs 3 degrees, but apart from that, these clubs just feel solid. I've been playing these for a month, and I really enjoy them. July 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid Clubs! I am a 9 handicap, who loves to try a lot of different clubs. My whole bag has been turned over 4 times the past year. Probably why I can't get better than a 9. I have decided to stick with my existing clubs and get better. These irons are solid, slightly stronger lofts than most better player irons, but the head is small and has a modest topline. Just like all better player irons, you need to put a good swing on them and they are accurate and long. Love them. June 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Oregon base Golfer I'm 57 an 8 handicap, 6'4", 225lbs, 1.5 inch over length, 2Up Lie. I have been golfing for 17 yrs started at age 40 but really took it seriously at about age 50. I started off with Callaway X12's which were handed to me by a good friend. In 2008 I bought my first Iron Set of Callaway Fusions which were the most expensive set at $1100 for 8 clubs, plus I added two more Fusions Wedges for another $250. Those clubs I still have and are great, in feel, playability and durability. I have been looking for several years for another great set of Irons to come along, trying different brands every year. This year in 2014 I got it down to the final four Titleist AP1, AP2 and CALLAWAY X2Hot and X2Hot-Pro. After hitting hundreds of golf balls with all four I narrowed it down to two, CALLAWAY X2Hot-PRO and Titleist AP2. My final pick was the CALLAWAY X2 HOT-PRO, I was hitting these IRONS better then the other three again this is after intense testing. So far after just three weeks with the NEW X2 HOT PRO irons, I'm very happy. I'm hitting the ball even further by about 10yrds to 15yrds Plus over my Fusions. They feel and sound great they are very workable for shaping shots. I have True Temper Temper Project X 95 Flighted Stiff Shafts which blends the X2 Hot Pro heads with a very nice shaft. I would highly recommend these for golfers with 10 handicap or below. OVER-ALL VERY HAPPY. May 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great feel and control Was playing the X Hot pro and really liked them but after switching to the X2HotPro I have really found the clubs for me --gained distance and control. Admitted my age (67) and have replaced the stiff shafts for Reg. and realized 1/2 a club difference in distance which each club. May 19, 2014
