Titleist 915D2 Driver

Hit more fairways with maximum distance and forgiveness with the Titleist 915D2 Driver. The 460cc pear profile provides confidence and stability, and the 915D2 delivers higher trajectory and more dynamic face closure versus the 915D3.

Active Recoil Channel:
The wide sole channel delivers more distance by actively flexing at impact to launch the ball off the face with higher speed and lower spin. Clubs without ARC technology have a rigid sole and deflect more in the crown at impact, leading to higher spin. ARC technology creates active deflection in the crown and sole at impact which produces more speed and less spin.

Radial Speed Face:
The high-speed face insert with a thick center and radially thin perimeter in the heel and toe delivers more distance on off-center hits.

High MOI Design:
Reduced thickness up front allows weight to be strategically placed in the back, resulting in a low and deep center of gravity (CG) that provides ball speed while preserving forgiveness.

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 16 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Drivers for average players. Titlelist has the best drivers for the average player. I am a 12 handicap and use to play TaylorMade until the R9. I think TaylorMade has tried to over do it for marketing sales since 2009. I switched over to the Titlelist 913 D2 and have been happy since then. I am not trying to plug Titlelist. However, they know how to keep it simple for the average golfer (which most of us are). TaylorMade does make drivers that go farther than Titlelist during compared testing, However, it doesn't matter if the average golfer cant keep it in play. I have tried out some of the TaylorMade drivers since 2009 to compare them to Titlelist and have not been impressed. The TaylorMade Slider was a bust (they cant give them away) and the models after that have been average. I recently tried out the TaylorMade M1 due to all the hype and could not keep it in play most of the time. I did crush the ball farther one out of ten times off the tee (280-300 yards). Anyway, I then hit the Titlelist 915 D3 and consistently kept it in the fairway (averaging 10 -15 yards shorter than TaylorMade). My point is that it doesn't matter how far you can hit your driver or how far it has been tested for distance, if you can't control it off the tee. Titlelist has figured this out for the average players. Lastly, I think the M1 will be another bust for TaylorMade (for average players). It will only be good for tour players and the average players will struggle with it. No one should have to make multiple changes to a driver in order to hit the ball off the tee. I will continue keep playing Titlelist drivers. It's not about distance. It's about keeping the ball in the fairway and not lying three. October 25, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Titleist All the Way! I am loving the new D2 driver. I got fit for this club through golf tec and it has made all the difference in my game off the tee. I am hitting 3X the fairways I used to with this club and its giving me the consistency I used to lack. I also switched from a Stiff shaft and went for the XS Shaft at the recommendation from golf tec and I am so glad I did. The price is high, but it is worth the improvement in your game if your serious about improving it. August 4, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Long and Forgiving I was offered a gift at work and so I chose this club with Rogue 110msi xflex in 9.5, without having the chance to hit it at the store. My boss literally sat at her computer with a company credit card while I ordered it there from Golfsmith. This driver is at least 20yds longer than my last driver and mishits still get out there. This setup with the Rogue 110 xflex allows me to really go after the ball. I can feel it flexing and kicking but it has a very smooth and stable nature that allows for full power drives. Couple that with a center strike and you will be surprised where your ball ends up. Fit and finish are also without compromise. July 5, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by holy cow I purchased this club right after having back surgery. I was able to play my first round with it on fathers day with my son. WOW straighter than my G30 not as long but that is because I am not 100%. Great sound very forgiving. I would recommend this club for a player at any level June 23, 2015
