Very solid

Very good ball. Soft feel, excellent distance, very durable. Spin around greens is good. Seems to putt true. For these features, I rank it higher than Srixon Z-Star-X and TaylorMade TP Black/Red. I don't think it has the high spin and very buttery feel of Pro-V line, but close. Well worth the try.

Not what I expected

I was playing the TaylorMade Penta ball today at Riverdale Dunes in Colorado for the front 9. Decided to change it up for the back 9 and pulled the VIP out of the box. I lost all 3 balls within the first two holes. Since I only had a sleeve I went back to playing the Penta and ended the round nicely. Won't be picking this ball up again.

Great ball

This golf ball is as good as anything else out there, including Pro-Vs and Bridgestones. And, in addition to saving a few bucks, you'll get the added benefit of more easily identifying your ball on the course. At least until word gets out.

Excellent Alternative

As an eight handicapp, this ball is an excellent alternative to other balls. It comes off the face of the club true; it is very durable and has the appropriate spin required for a fair short game.
