Titleist AP1 Iron Set 4-GW with Steel Shafts

The AP1's high-tech multi-material construction features a steel body, tungsten nickel sole, elastomer bar and aluminum cavity plate. These materials combine to deliver both performance and feel. The dual cavity design of the Titleist AP1 irons pushes weight to the perimeter for forgiveness. A central cross member featuring a soft elastomer cushion provides structural rigidity behind the impact area while also dampening face vibration for better overall feel. The lower cavity of the Titleist AP1 iron is enclosed by a tungsten nickel box. This high density material places the center of gravity (CG) low and deep for performance, while also providing low frequency vibration dampening for outstanding solid feel.

Titleist AP1 irons offer a contemporary, confidence-inspiring appearance in the set up position with a traditional profile shape, soft blends, modern proportions and semi-under slung hosel. The attractive metallic back cavity plate with multiple elevation graphics, textures and color contributes to the AP1's great looks and bag appeal.

Higher handicappers do not overlook these irons

I am a 15 handicap, but a bit of a club snob. I wanted a set of Titleist irons and was willing to give up a bit of forgiveness. However, with these clubs I have not had to worry. They have a traditional look which pleases the eye on set-up. The have a wonderfule feel when you hit them - feel that you only normally get with forged clubs. They are forgiving enough for me never to complain about them. I got the 3 iron to go with the set and love to hit it as the feel and forgiveness are wonderful.

Great Irons

Out of the box these irons were beautiful, and played beautiful too. Inspires confidence in the stance. Feel good. Solid impacts. Miss hits dampen well. TT shaft feels good. Very happy!

Awesome irons

I bought these custom made - 2 degrees up, 0.5" longer shaft. Incredibly solid irons. Very consistent and forgiving. Definitely get a set of irons custom made for your physique. I hit many irons before buying these incluing Nike, Mizuno, etc. and these were the clubs for me - no regrets, and they even look sweet!

Irons look & feel great. Perfect weighting. Demoed CG7, X22, G10, r7 CBG Max, and Di9. Kept going back to the AP1's. Very happy with purchase. Would recommend as a "tweener" iron.
