Shipping Rates

International rates are determined by weight and zone. Your exact rate will be calculated in the shopping cart, based on your specific location and the items in your order.

Just determine an estimated weight of your order using the table of average weights for the most commonly ordered items, then enter the estimated order weight and the destination country for the shipment in the calculator below to get an estimated shipping total.

Shipping Timeframe

Most international orders are shipped within two business days. Some items that usually ship directly from the manufacturer and are not stocked in a Golfsmith warehouse (including custom clubs and personalized items) must first be shipped to Golfsmith from the vendor. These items can take up to 4-6 weeks before shipping to the destination country. All international orders will ship "complete" once all items are in stock - no partial shipments are allowed for international orders.

There are three ways to place an international order: online at, over the phone with one of our international specialists or via fax. Golfsmith accepts credit cards and wire transfer for payment options on international orders.

Customs and Duties

All orders from outside the United States must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars and are subject to normal import duty, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country. International shipping duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility; Golfsmith has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. If a customer refuses shipment due to duties and taxes, they will be liable for any costs incurred by Golfsmith International.

Can All Items Be Shipped Internationally? Items drop-shipped by the vendor to our warehouse, special orders, and custom club orders can be shipped to an international address. These items will show shipping availability dates of 2-4 weeks from the day of the order.

Can I Use My Own FedEx or UPS Account to Ship My Order? Golfsmith customers can use either their own FedEx or UPS accounts for shipping orders. To use your own shipping account to ship your order, please contact Golfsmith Customer Service by phone (toll-free US: 1-800-813-6897; International: 512-837-4810) for assistance. Customers who use their own shipping accounts assume liability for the shipment in case of loss or damage.

Is a Shipment to Guam, Puerto Rico, or an APO or FPO Address Considered an International Order? No. Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses are considered domestic orders and are, therefore, charged domestic order rates.

International Return Policy

If your merchandise arrives damaged please contact our customer service department or call us at 001-512-837-4810, and we will assist you in replacing it.

In the event that you would like to return any merchandise purchased from Golfsmith International that is not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for any shipping cost you may incur.

Exclusions and Restrictions

New international customers may be asked to provide proof of credit card ownership, including a copy of your most recent credit card statement and a copy of a valid identification card.

All orders are prepaid. No COD’s, Golfsmith credit cards, and deferred billing allowed. Enter the correct billing address. Do not use domestic address as billing address if credit card is billed to an international address.

International orders cannot be sent as "gift orders". All orders must have a value for customs purposes, and we cannot not alter prices on invoices for custom purposes. Duties and Taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Customers can contact their local customs office for more information on duties and taxes.

All international orders will ship "complete." Items that drop ship from the vendor must be shipped to Golfsmith warehouse first. Items that ship from a retail location cannot be shipped internationally.

Lynx products cannot be shipped to the following countries:
UK, all of Europe, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore, or Japan.

Snake Eyes heads cannot be shipped to the following countries:
Australia, New Zealand, UK, all of Europe, Korea.
