Clubvantage™ Plan Description:
The Clubvantage™ Plan (the “Plan”) provides the Participant (1) 28 complimentary regrip services, and (2) discounted repair service charges for golf club repairs or services performed at Golfsmith locations. The Plan can be used on any clubs owned by the Participant. The Plan is designed for individual Participant use and cannot be used for a group or commercial purposes. The Plan does not replace the manufacturer's warranty on covered equipment. When obtaining regrip or repair services, parts are not included in the Plan and must be purchased from Golfsmith to be eligible. The Plan does not cover shipping costs if your clubs must be shipped to or from a Golfsmith repair facility.
The Plan provides a one-time 15% additional trade-in bonus over the trade-in values listed at golfsmith.com/po (a trade-in may consist of a set of irons, driver, fairway wood, hybrid club, wedge or putter) (the “Trade-in Bonus”). This Trade-In Bonus offer as well as any services offers cannot be combined with any other promotions. The Trade-In Bonus as well as all other member benefits expire when the coverage term expires which is two years from the date of purchase.
Participants may obtain service by bringing clubs to any Golfsmith location, visit golfsmith.com or call 1-800-396-0099 to find the nearest service center. For service at Golfsmith retail locations, you must present a valid Clubvantage™ Member Card (the “Member Card”) and a valid I.D. matching the name on the member card. Golfsmith will provide Participants with parts pricing upon receipt of Participant’s clubs.
Term of Coverage:
The Plan lasts two years and begins on the date of your Clubvantage™ Plan purchase and expires on the second anniversary of the date of purchase. Please refer to your sales receipt and Member Card to identify the expiration date of your Plan.
Exclusions from Coverage:
Parts are not included in the Plan and must be purchased from Golfsmith to be used. The Plan does not cover shipping costs if your clubs must be shipped to or from a Golfsmith repair facility. The Plan does not cover any loss, repair or replacement necessitated by acts of God, accidental, consequential or intentional damage, misuse, abuse or damage caused by non-authorized repair personnel or pre-existing conditions for any covered product that was subject to neglect, abuse or damage prior to the issuance of the Plan. Also, not covered are repair or replacement costs from problems due to improper and/or non-factory authorized installation or repairs. This Plan is intended for an individuals personal use clubs and does not cover products used for commercial purposes. Club assembly, SST Shaft PUREing™, Rechroming and Refinishing club services are not covered under the Plan.
