*1. The Golfsmith Playability guarantee is valid 90 days from the original date of purchase. The Receipt MUST be presented with the originally purchased item to obtain the full 90% credit. 2. This Playability Guarantee may only be used two times in association with the original purchase. After the second time, returns will be handled under our Club Trade-in Program. 3. Guarantee is valid on NEW iron sets, wood(s), wedge(s) and putter(s) purchases only and does not apply to pre-owned/used clubs. Combo sets with woods and irons combined (i.e., boxed sets, 3/8 sets, value sets) are excluded from the guarantee. 4. Clubs may be returned for Golfsmith credit only. No cash will be returned. 5. Custom club orders, where the clubs are built to non-standard specifications, are excluded from this offer. Any club altered from the original manufacturer's specifications voids this offer. 6. Only clubs returned with normal wear and not permanently damaged or abused will be accepted under this policy (i.e., no pop-up marks, dings, chips, etc.). Metal woods and putters returned without the original head cover will cause a $20 fee to be deducted from the return credit. 7;. Clubs returned after the 90-day period and clubs returned without the original receipt will be handled under the trade-in program and the customer will receive current "blue book" value for the club(s). 8.
