How It Works

Just show us the higher trade-in value on a golf club that is currently on our trade-in list as compared to one of the Nationally Maintained lists*. Verify the condition of your clubs by going to our Club Trade-in Program page and clicking on the "Grade Your Clubs" button.

We will match the trade-in value for the exact same golf club, in the same condition rating as applicable.

Trade-in Guarantee Requests

Please call us toll-free:1-800-813-6897 from 8 am-5 pm CST, Monday-Friday and we will expedite your request with you on the phone or visit one of our more than 70 stores.

Please have the competing trade-in pricing available, (preferably the specific product page URL) for our caddy to verify the value and product description (brand name and all relative specifications). We will match their value and complete your order while you're on the phone or in the store.

Due to the volatility of this market, the trade-in guarantee applies only at the time of the original transaction. This policy does not extend to promotional giveaways, or special and limited offers.
