Who says you have to hold on to your clubs for an eternity? Golfsmith's Club Trade-In Program doesn't just make it easy to put new clubs in your bag, it makes trade-ins a breeze. We take care of everything so you don’t have to worry about the hassle and risk of selling or trading. All you have to do is choose your new club(s). It's the hassle-free, ultra-affordable way to get new clubs.




If you don’t absolutely love your pre-owned clubs, bring them back within 10 days and we’ll refund you 90% of the purchase price.**
 

Follow These Easy Steps

The majority of clubs that Golfsmith accepts fall into two categories or conditions - Very Good and Good. Grade your clubs with our pop-up grading chart.

Find the trade-in value of your clubs - from the drop-down menu on the right, choose the type of club, and find your model on the accompanying chart.

When you have your trade-in value, call your "caddie" - your personal Golfsmith sales representative - toll-free at 1-800-813-6897 to complete the trade.

  • Only those woods and irons listed here are available for Trade in.
  • Irons must be 8-piece complete sets (3-PW) or (4-SW). No broken sets will be accepted.
  • Individual irons (1, 2, LW, etc.) accepted with matching sets only. Ask Sales Rep for details.

 


Note: Purchase amount must be greater than or equal to your trade-in amount. If your trade-in value is more than your purchase value, the difference will be given as a store credit. No cash or credit card refunds.


 

At the time of your purchase, inform your "caddie" that you want to take advantage of the Trade-In Program. You will be charged the full price of your purchase at this time. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. We will accept credit card orders only.
 

Follow the easy-to-use instructions enclosed with your new items. If possible, your clubs can be sent back in the box your order came in. If not, we can provide you with a shipping box for a small fee. Package your clubs in a protective manner, and place the Order Number, Trade-In sticker and address label on the outside of the box.



Trade-ins will be processed within 3-4 business days of receipt. After your clubs are evaluated for grade, model and condition, a credit will be issued to your credit card. If there are any discrepancies, you will be contacted via email or phone.

**Pre-owned clubs must be returned within 10 days with an original receipt. All other pre-owned returns will be handled under the Golfsmith trade-in program.
