“Ultimate Golf Weekend” OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:

1. ELIGIBILITY. No purchase necessary. Limit one entry per household. The "Ultimate Golf Weekend Contest" is open to all U.S. residents 18 years or older. The registrant need not be present to win. Employees of Golfsmith, affiliated companies, and immediate families of Golfsmith employees are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related hereto. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. PRIZES. The total estimated retail value of this contest is estimated to be Eight Thousand Dollars (US $8,500.00). One Grand Prize Winner receives a trip for two to the US Open Golf Tournament, including: 2 continental US roundtrip tickets from the nearest metropolitan area airport; a 2-day intermediate class car rental; one double-occupancy hotel room accommodations for Friday, for Friday, June 15th and Saturday, June 16th, 2007; 2 2007 US Open Tournament general admission passes for Saturday, June 16th and Sunday, June 17th. Estimated Value = $3,700. One Gold Prize Winner receives a complete set of TaylorMade golf clubs (14 total different clubs), including the winners choice of driver, fairway woods, rescue clubs, irons, wedges, putter and TaylorMade bag. Estimated Value = $2,750 Three Silver Prize Winners will receive their choice of either the TaylorMade SuperQuad driver, or TaylorMade Burner Driver. Estimated Value = $400 for each prize winner. Five Bronze Prize Winners will receive their choice of either the adidas Powerband golf shoes, or adidas Tour 360II golf shoes, or a TaylorMade Rossa Inza Putter. Estimated Value = $170 for each prize winner.

3. TIMING. Sponsor must receive your eligible entry form between 12:01 AM CST, March 20, 2006 and 11:59 PM CST April 30, 2006 (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete registrations.

4. HOW TO ENTER. During the Contest Period go to www.golfsmith.com and fill out the online “Ultimate Golf Weekend” entry form completely, and submit the form. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, stolen, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Drawing will be held on May 2, 2007. The winner will be notified via email from golfsmith.com. Odds of winning depend on the number of correct and eligible entries.

5. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to winner notification email no later than 11:59 PM CST May 3rd. If unclaimed by 11:59 PM CST May 4th the prize will go unawarded. Results will be published on www.golfsmith.com approximately 10 days after closing.

6. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or alternate prize. The value of the prizes may be taxable as income. The receipt by any winner of any of the prize components of this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local rules and regulations. Winner is solely responsible for all insurance and any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the prize.

7. Sponsor reserves the right to use the winner's name and likeness in future Contest materials. Participant's registration serves as authorization for such use.

8. All details and rules subject to change without notice.

9. The acceptance of the prize will constitute the winners representation that he or she has complied fully with all of the official rules of the Contest. In accepting the prize, the winner will be deemed to have released and exempted Sponsor and its related companies, affiliates, officers, directors and agencies (collectively "Releasees") from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, claim, damages and demands, whether known or unknown, which the winner ever had, now has or may have, by reason of any loss arising out of or in relation to the winner’s use of the prize, including but not limited to personal injury or death, except such action, damages, claims and demands caused only and directly by the gross negligence of the Releasees.

10. Limitations of Liability: The Releasees are not responsible for:
(1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (5)any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Name that Driver contest. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that:
(1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas or the appropriate Texas State Court located in Travis County, Texas; (2)any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-ofpocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to anychoice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.

12. Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy (http://www.golfsmith.com/ privacy.html). This contest is sponsored by Golfsmith International, LP, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and assigns ("Sponsor").
