- Register for the
golfsmith.com CONTEST by submitting a complete online registration form
located on the Golfsmith International, L.P. web site. It must be received
by Golfsmith by 11:59 PM CST November 30, 2012. This contest is sponsored
by Golfsmith International, LP, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates,
agents and assigns ("Golfsmith"). Golfsmith and its agencies are not
responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete
registrations.
- Registration period
for the CONTEST begins at 9:00 am CST November 1, 2012 and ends
at 11:59 PM CST November 30, 2012.
- Drawing will be
held December 1, 2012. The winner will be notified via
email from golfsmith.com. Odds of winning depend on the total number
of eligible entries at time of drawing.
- To claim the prize,
the winner must respond to winner notification email no later than 11:59
PM CST January 1, 2013. If unclaimed by January 1, 2013 the prize will
go unawarded.
- Prize cannot be
exchanged for cash or alternate prize. Winner accepts all responsibility
for any applicable tax on prize.
- Golfsmith reserves
the right to use the winner's name and likeness in future promotional
