Removing & Installing Grips

  1. Cut off the old grip and remove the old tape.

  2. Measure grip length, place double-sided tape on the shaft and peel off tape backing.

  3. Place the club in a vise and square up the face so the club is in position for grip installation.

  4. Cover the vent hole, pour solvent into the grip, shake and pour over the grip tape.

  5. Install grip, remove the club from the vise, straighten the grip and set it to dry.

Putter Assembly

  1. Sand off the chrome on the tip for shafting depth amount so epoxy will have a rough surface to adhere to.

  2. Mix the epoxy.

  3. Coat the inside of the hosel and tip of the shaft with epoxy, install shaft, wipe away excess epoxy and set the club to dry.

  4. Make sure the epoxy is hard, measure and mark the final length and cut at marked area.

  5. Install the grip on the putter.

Iron/Wedge Assembly(w/steel shaft)

  1. Tip trim the shaft for your club. Sand the chrome off the tip of the shaft to prepare for installation.

  2. Ferrule Installation and Shafting - Mix epoxy and install the ferrule and shaft.

  3. Measure, mark length, cut the butt end of shaft and install grip.

Metal Wood Assembly(w/graphite shaft)

  1. Use surface conditioning strips to abrade the tip of the shaft to prepare for installation.

  2. Mix epoxy, and then install the ferrule and shaft.

  3. Measure, mark length, cut the butt end of shaft and install grip.
